Good cheapish dash cam?

When renewing the insurance on our vios the mrs told them we had a dash cam for the discount, borrowed her brothers for the photo to send the company. Of course they will be wanting footage if there is an incident, which lets face it is almost daily here. So best get one but a few people I know have had one and either they have not worked well or they take them out after a while. Want to spend about 1500, lot of expense on the car recently.

For 1500 baht (or more) you aren't going to find one with a lifetime guarantee. There's plenty of buyer reviews on this forum, just do a dashcam search.
