Yesterday, Thursday when I came home from golf my lady told me we had to go out o our little farm. There was a fire there someone had told her.

Yes it was. Some genius had started a fire kilometers away in a quite strong wind. It passed our area and most of the fruittrees that was left from the last fire was affected and will probably die.

Before 25 % of the area, 40 rai, was burned but now it is around 85 %. The good thing was that the area that was spared was the place where our little house is.

The bad thing was that we lost the match in golf my partner and me. That was big <deleted>!

Yesterday was a good day. After I hit the Beerhut with my teeshot, dropped with a penalty, made a 5 on the par 3 17th and the other guys all made five's, the Good Guys were winning the match.

We were playing the back tee and that is almost 7000 yards on Santiburi and quite tough.

The Beerhut on 17th is not in play from blue tee so this was the first time in history anyone hit it. I had to buy an extra jug in the clubhouse.

Don't want to say anything about the golf.

This is really a thread about NOTHING!

Good morning sweethearts. Unfortunately I cannot tell you what happened today as today only just started like now, i think.

Sorry. Maybe another time. Hope everybody's not too disappointed.

A very good friend has been in town the last couple of days. Yesterday we were out with our ladies so I thought it would be kind of quiet and nice evening.

That was a mistake, big mistake! His lady had her birthday so my friend opened his wallet quite frequently and most of the times in bars.

So today a big hangover, a very big hangover!

One of those days when I wake up in the morning and promise not to drink and not to smoke for a long, long time!

Well, tomorrow is Golfday!

Last Saturday one of the mods visited us up here in the northern Thailand. Very nice guy with a beautiful wife.

We were a couple of guys from TV that helped him drinking some beers post-29230-1173320544.gif and we showed him how the barlife is as best. post-29230-1173320483.gif

Yes, I know it is Thursday today but it took some time to get home and much more time to sober up and most time to get rid of the haeng.....post-29230-1173320530.gif

I am not used to this wild life anymore.....

Now I will soon be on my way to my ladys family in Chaiyaphum. Don't think that will be a holliday....

Whereabouts in Chaiyaphum Svenivan? My Mrs family are that way. One reason i don't like going to the boonies too much is the lack of farang.

PM me if you don't want to post it on here :o

Sh!tty day today! :o Firstly I took, Burt, our old Cocker Spaniel to the vet's. He could've been adopted 100 times over, but his previous owners were really not good, so he has behavioural problems. I've managed to bring him round as far as my son & I are concerned, but he still bites others any time he feels like it. Anyway, I had thought he might be getting confused with old age, but then I realised his eyesight was the problem. Diagnosis? Double cataracts, he's virtually blind in poor light & it's gonna get worse. My poor boy.

Then went to the center, did my work there & on my way home a pick up was speeding down the road. Hit a dog from the tessdaban centre. Dragged it more than 20 metres without ever even slowing. B@stard! I managed to get her to our vet's & they & I worked on her for 20 mins trying to save her, but of course she died. Massive internal haemorrhaging. I hate days like this.

Oh wow, NR, what a bummer. I once saw a dog get killed by a car and it freaked me for a long time. I hope things get better!

Still not 100% sober (or maybe it is something else) after being in my wifes homevillage in Chaiyaphum. Yes, my wife, not my lady as I called her before.

7.15 AM 12th of March 2007 my life as single ended.

There was a party in the village starting 2 days before (some special Buddha-day they have every year) with Thai boxing and beautiful girls dancing.

Monday morning was the wedding so the party after was not too long because everyone was very tired after the weekend.

Tuesday and Wednesday I learned to fish the Thai way.

If you have a pond, pump out all water and you can pick the fish. (we got 500-600 kilo).

Now I am back in the north and after the thunderstorm 3 days ago I can even see the blue sky.

Got up farted, groomed, winked at the Missus, cleaned up my Sons mess and paid my insurance.....

Life in the fast lane.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :o
