OK.  She refuses. Does Thailand have anything like a civilian small claims court?  Never mind the large scale kangaroo courts.  Here in the USA I have been to small claims court several times over the years, usually nitwit landlord keeping money.  I have won every time as I document and don't damage things and give the proper moving out notices.  Is it convenient?  Sometimes no as it takes at least a half day out of work.  But it works.  Once I even showed up with the Marshall to collect cash or valuables worth the judgement since the guy had not paid up as ordered by the court.  Boy his wife was mad at him now that he has a longer court record and she ran down to the bank.  The marshal was a cool guy.
