I found out with Gunson Color tune that the front ran too rich and used Colortune to set the pilot screw. Runs like a racing machine now and idles like a Swiss Clock. Try your colortune on a CBR900RR and let me know how you get on. I sold my one I ordered. ???? Edited October 21, 2020 by Kwasaki

Kwasaki
Rode the bike today (or drove it for some here) ???? my hard work is sounding good. After a hot time and burning hands and wrists got the carbs tuned fairly well. Will check the plugs to see the mix after a long run. First though of to test centre and get CTPL then get road tax. ????????

Make sure you lube where the tremie pipe connects to the differential girdle spring on the “up” end of the grammeters. And the reciprocating dingle arm, which will reduce sinusoidal repleneration.

Popular Post Paiman
Roughly 2 weeks ago I took my Triumph Bobber for a spin. While on the road noticed the typical grinding noise of a worn down brake pad. It was the rear one....lack of maintenance on my behalf. Back home did some online investigation, what kind of brake pads. Well, I made a naive decision. Few days later I took my Honda CB650F and rode to Chiang Mai to visit the Triumph shop and asked for some rear brakepads. My school boy naivety got instantly punished. I did not even asked for a price. Stunned when told it is just a tad more than 2000 Baht. I did not say much, sometimes I am a cool biker, but thought, holy JC...... As well did I use the trip to do some load testing on the newly installed Alu Side panniers. I actually had to shorten the passenger footrests about 10mm. Back home I compared my Honda and Triumph brake pads. The front and rear are identical on both bikes. The Honda has 2 front brake calipers. Now I am stashed up on brake pads. A big difference between 2000 Baht and 98 Baht ( Bendix from Lazada ). Lesson learned. 1
Popular Post revgreen
Went to Fixs Performance Exhaust up in Rangsit to have them saw off the breadbox and make a midpipe. They did amazing work and I'd definitely recommend them for any and all your exhaust needs. Sadly you can't see the new pipe because the heat shield, but you'll have to trust it looks excellent. Up next will be a flash from AP. Edited October 27, 2020 by revgreen
Popular Post revgreen
Got a flash done at AP. Got about 10 more HP and a healthy bit of torque (which this bike was not lacking in the first place). Set the fan to kick on earlier to avoid running hot in traffic. Smoothed out the throttle response a bit. Overall good experience - would recommend them!

Always liked Kwakas not my thing but nice, that said before I've had Triumphs and then came the revolution I bought CB750, could never get on with bikes without a screen though. Hence my preference of going sport.

My son use to race a Polini minimoto they were temperamental things, if something went wrong between races I had many spares to fix it in time for the next race. Here's a pix of one of his last minimoto race days, he was getting too big and wanted to go MotoX and got him a 2T Yam 125.
