I need to get my Thai degree notarized by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs so that I can then get it notarized again by the Chinese embassy, so that I can apply for a work permit in China. The thing is, I have no idea where the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs is and how to go about doing this. Please help!
