Hi Guys,

I recently got the residency certificate but for my purposes I need to have it officially translated. I know I can translate it myself or have a friend do it

but that is not what I am looking for.  I am looking for a company that can officially translate the document so it can be passed on with the original copy. I also know there are some i can easily

find on Google, just hoping for some that have had good experiences with a certain company

thanks

Ditto on ThaiFirst, we have been using them for many years with quality results. They are on the road that runs between Chang Klan road and the river, just a few blocks north of the river crossing that goes over to the Ratchavej Hospital and Holiday Inn. They are on the west side of the road just a bit north of a building that kind of resembles a castle. They have a small shop front so it is easy to miss.

I would assume that filling out a form online will just result in an email being sent to them. Otherwise if someone has to login to check to see if forms were submitted I would guess that it would be even more unlikely that people would respond in a timely fashion if at all.

While I rely mostly on email for communication with the rest of the world I find that it is of little use here in Thailand. Who knows if the website is even maintained and if filling out the form did anything at all? That seems to be the case for a lot of small company websites and not just in Thailand.

Except that the "small company" is thaivisa.com Since the sale of the website to Nation Media Group, they have expanded to different markets. Our local radio station for Western music now has commercials and "tech chat" by thaivisa.com and there are even farang DJ's now whom I believe are part of TV. Very weird to hear the programming in English.
