I must leave Thailand tomorrow. Can anyone tell me please what time Thai and Lao immigration close at the Nongkhai Frienship Bridge and is there any possibility that they might close early as it is New Year's day? Thank you.

The bridge closes at 10 pm. Best to get there by 9 so you can be sure you get across the bridge before the Lao visa on arrival office closes.

Thanks Joe. That means that I can get the 17.07 train from Udon to Nongkhai rather than the 11.33.
