Condos permit pets?  Barking dogs next door, smelly cats wandering the hallways, birds squawking in the morning; who wants those as neighbors?

Gd call...normally condos don't allow pets.

Nancy probably has a special dispensation for Mr Bitey.

Some condos permit small pets.  Certainly they don't wander the halls.  Ours permits cats but not dogs and there are special rules about disposal of used kitty litter.

Actually, the older condo buildings near the city center have more parking for residents than the newer ones.  Rim Ping, Nakorn Ping, Hillside Condo 4 all have good parking for their residents in their parking garages on their lower levels.

This might only apply to new lowrise buildings. Haven’t checked many, but e.g. both The Shine and Astra have set aside the first many floors just for parking.

Used kitty litter = down the toilet.  Makes sense but why special rules?

By goodness, no.  The toilets here can barely handle human waste, not clumps of hardened clay.

Our condo building had a central trash chute with a little access door on each floor.  You're suppose to bag your trash and send it down to chute where it lands in a room on the ground floor that is visited each day by the trash hauler.  Problem is when the bag is full of heavy used kitty litter and it is dropped down 17 stories, it often breaks and the all the other trash sacks are covered with used kitty litter.

So, each cat owner is advised to double bag their used kitty litter and bring it down to the ground floor trash room in person rather than tossing the bag down the trash chute.  Each cat's DNA is on file in the condo office so offenders can be prosecuted.  (just kidding about the last sentence)
