I have internet thru Sinet... my prepaid one year contract will end soon and I noticed their offices in Hang Dong and Big C are closed?... Are they still in business  to extend my service?... Their internet has been great - Has anyone seen a office still open in one of the malls?

Hope so or I'm not posting this.

They have a service desk in Maya mall. Have you been in there?

I was in about 1 month ago and they were open for business.

I was in this same position a few months ago when our one-year contract was up and I knew they'd closed their kiosk at Kad Suan Kaew.  Their English-language website is bad, but I found a customer service number on the paperwork I'd signed when I started the Sinet service.  The English-language CSR was helpful and told me about their new locations in Chiang Mai.  I went to the desk in Maya Mall to renew for another year.  I think there is a location at Central Festival (isn't everything there now?)  but I'd suggest calling to be sure.

I just installed interned with Sinet 1 week ago. Went to their office in Maya.

Apparently their main office changed location.

They have an outlet in Pantip Plaza.

Anybody know where the main office is located now?
