I'd suggest you back up your irreplaceable data first.

Then reboot several times and locate some manufacturer supported drive diagnostic programs to verify the drive is actually failing (how) and needs to be replaced.

If the drive is functioning enough to pull a complete drive image, you could buy an exact replacement drive and have its data 'cloned' to the new drive. Otherwise you'll need to install the new replacement and manually install your OS and Applications from original media.

With problems like that the computer hard disk might die in a minute or you can continue to use it for months - it's impossible to know.

The more you use the hard disk the more likely it is to fail completely. So do the backup ASAP!

You can try the normal way to copy data i.e. with the Windows Explorer. But with hardware problems it is possible that this hangs for minutes, maybe you have to restart again, and it might hang again, etc.

The best is you make a disk image with a program like Norton Ghost. This copies everything 1:1 and if there are hardware errors normally Ghosts asks you if you want to continue. You should confirm that you want to continue and then you will have a copy (including all errors) without restarting the computer again and again. After that is done your original disk can die and you can extract all the data from your copy in your own time.

If you like you can use Ghost also to replace the hard disk with a new one of the same of bigger size. Clone the old disk to the new one, replace the old with the new disk in your computer, and you can continue to use your PC with the replacement disk just like before. This is a know standard procedure and even the average Thai computer shops know this method and use it to replace hard disks. Depending on the size of your hard disk and how bad it is damaged this procedure might be finished in 20 minutes or many hours.
