Does anyone know if it is possible for a foreigner to register a trademark, name or logo in Thailand? I am part of an ordinary partnership.

A Thai company can register a trademark in Thailand; It is a lengthy process. However, if "someone" copies your trademark, it is a very costly and long process to stop the "someone" from using your trademark.

It was done by my Thai staff and lawyer about 20 years ago thus I don't have more details.
