Totally agree! That's democracy! Unfortunately obstructionist on both sides and some of the activist media don't want to legitimize that he won. Many are unhinged, and desperate and are quick to denounce anything he has done. Many are still supportive of America's democracy , like you, despite all of this deranged nonsense that says change isn't democratic while  trying to insinuate that supporters of change are all racist and white supremacist and sick . How hypocritical, ignorant and divisive it has become to spew hatred towards millions of people because they voted for change.

Look at this entertainment survey,  people from all over the world participated in it  by voting yes or no . The majority want to see him succeed in his first term. It's refreshing  and gives some comfort that this unscientific survey supports that. Thanks for your comment.

Make apologies for him or not his entire presidency is a bizarre reality TV horror show. Such an incompetent con man demagogue should never have been president in the first place. I support him too. I support his decision to resign.

"Donald Trump always strives to command center stage, but the pugilistic American President is now embroiled in so many escalating global and domestic tests of will, it's becoming impossible to keep count.

Unrestrained and lashing out at enemies at home and abroad, Trump is increasingly exporting the turbulence that has exhausted Washington."

That is NOT what the survey asks or says! Disingenuous at best a lie at worst.

I agree it is a TV show but I like the way the guy says it as it is and will make the U.S. better again.

I also agree that you US people should have voted better candidates.

Trump is actually better that Clinton, male and female, and most certainty both corrupt as hell Bushes.

No he lies constantly. That isn't saying it as it is. That's the opposite.

Also how is trashing the environment, breaking the current health care system with no fixes, and massive tax cuts for the rich only making things better?

If by telling it like it is you mean he constantly throws dog whistles to racists, misogynists, and other assorted ignorant bigots, well that would be true.

To both of you, that may be something in the pipeline despite  attempts  of the administration to derail  such efforts.

 Events will unfold over time.

You're embellishing the actual question in a very dishonest way. Also wanting him to finish his first term doesn't necessarily mean the person is a supporter. Often its a matter of thinking Pence is as bad or worse.

trump's demagogue act is getting very stale. The majority will want to change the channel.

Nothing wrong with being rich. I was part of the wanna be 1%, lol.  Affluent American's didn't get that way from sitting on their bum bum.

Because there's no such thing as inheritance? Didn't the new tax bill just raise the non-taxable allowance for inheritance to 22 million?

Agreed of course. But you're ignoring political complexities. The current U.S. political situation can't be described in such simple terms. Traditionally when a president wins but loses the popular vote she works very hard to unify a divided nation. "trump" has done the opposite catering only to his rather narrow base and creating even worse divisions. Civil war level divisions. It is a risky tactic because more traditional Republicans may throw him under the bus as soon as being complicit with his demagogue style costs them more than leaving him. Another reason the midterms are so important. The complicit republicans will be paying a price. The only question is how big.

I'm really not smart enough to engage in this odorous banter but I can't help but notice your clever use of the word she.  She didn't get elected, He did.  Will you people never get over it?

All presidents lie.

You have an unnatural resentment against Trump. Do you spend your whole day letting him get into your head just because your dear Hilary lost.

Trump is doing very well with the hate campaign against him.

Just give him a chance, say 4 years, and find a hobby.

All politicians lie at normal levels. "trump" lies at historically abnormal levels. I have nothing to say to people that can't see that and/or think that is OK.

Yes he's doing very well at lying constantly and that's just one of his many serious faults. He is very good at being a con man demagogue. Not what anyone sane would be looking for in a president.

-Probably the only factual point you make.  Jingthing has responed already by pointing out the level and egregious nature of Trump's lies are way at the edge of the bell-curve.

-Your opinion flavoured with an assumption and a baiting comment.

-Your opinion.

-Many people think that, after a year, he has already had more than enough of a chance and has proven himself entirely unfit.  I think Jingthing is one of those people, and no doubt he is a member of #theresistance who feel the future of their county is far more important than filling their leisure time with hobbies.

-Your opinion, and a flame to boot.  People need to come to understand that the objections of many are nothing to do with the fact the Clinton lost, it is to do with Trump, his policies, and his behaviour.  Please note that previous recent GOP presidents were disliked but most definitely tolerated.

I don't blame Jingthing at all for his opinion.  As a Brit I cannot stand May, but I would accept her for another 10 years rather than have to put up with a single year of Trump heading up the UK government, although at least in the UK he would not have lasted his first year.  (My opinion ).

You are obsessed. Acceptance is the key if you dislike getting beat in the election. Nobody likes a sore loser.

You are obsessed with insulting me and dishing out obnoxious unwelcome personal advice.

Goodbye.

Sadly that is the issue most are sore losers and are doing damage to our country by not allowing President Trump to do his job.

For me it's simply noise and I am deaf.

Please explain how anyone other than Trump is keeping Trump from doing his job.

Trump's lack of accomplishments is due to his incompetence, ignorance, refusal to learn and general lack of willingness to work.

How is pointing out Trump's incompetence damaging the country?  How are people who point out the obvious worse than the fools who invented the Obama Birther conspiracy; a conspiracy promoted by the man-child in the Oval Office?

Only people like trump and poutinehave what it takes. not saying they are right on every thing but imo the biggest problem we face today is the invasion of islam. Need someone to put a stop to it.

Heybruce = 9,000 posts.

UncleTouchyFingers = 200 posts.

In basic simple math:

I do an excellent job of staying away.

Its true though I do pop in here from time to time to have a look. I honestly don’t know of another place on the internet to find such an extreme collective of feelings based liberal group-think anywhere.

Trump cant even fart without all of you going into full blown meltdown.

It’s quite sad that obsessing over Trump has become some posters entire lives... Isn’t that right, Heybruce.

Now you describe my reasoned reply, with no personal observations, as patronizing pap.  Did I strike a nerve?

I guess you could say that. Usually when people serve up the condescending crap it is at least accurate and the condescension stems from personal issues or being a British "grammar school" elitist. I don't get the condescension and patronising when someone is so clearly wrong on the facts.
