There's half a ring road.

A lot has changed in 10 years Wiley, not so much in 2.

 

There's a few new coffee shops heading out towards the Doi Chang turnoff on 1211.

Traveled on it yesterday every 4 klms a red traffic light, main flow waits 120 seconds, then gets green for 30 seconds; hopeless sometimes waited 4 changes to get through the intersection. Most of the locals travel in the motorbike lane left turn on red light travel 30 metres do a U turn then left at the lights as we wait another 50 seconds. Underpasses would have solved this.
