Win-10 on a new Jumper EZ Book 3 Pro.   Bluetooth sees and pairs with my BT speaker, plays for about 5 seconds then cuts out.

My laptop speakers also stay off until I turn BT off, then they play.

Some Googling reveled that some had cured this by turning of the microphone in audio manager but that didn't work in this case.

Any suggestions appreciated.  I did try another BT speaker and had the same result so it does seem to be a Win-10 issue.

Bluetooth can be a hit or miss wireless technology.

As it shares the same assigned radio spectrum as 2.4GHz WiFi, you may be suffering from interference or just plain old driver issues.  How well do the bluetooth speakers work with other devices, such as your mobile phone?

You might also try to find what chipset your laptop BT device is using and either download the latest driver from the laptop manufacturer's website or the chipset maker's website.
