That's her! Victims do the pointing after arrest of "Dao" in Bangkok

Cops from 191 special branch announced the arrest of Bangkok woman responsible for running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded hundreds of people out of at least 20 million baht.

 

Nabbed on a warrant issued in Minburi was Danita "Dao" Jitmungman. The court has charged her with defrauding the public.

 

She was arrested near the end of Nawamin Soi 2 in northern Bangkok.

 

The cops said she enticed people with high interest rates before disappearing with their investments. 

 

There are thought to be at least 500 victims in the scam that was done on Facebook. 

 

Some of her victims were at 191 yesterday to identify the suspect.

It does seem that all but one victim are pointing beyond K. Dao to someone just outside the left of the photo...
