It also looks like she was doing what seems commonplace amongst motorcyclists here and riding against the traffic i.e. on the wrong side of the road? In no way does that justify his driving, but she could just as easily have been hit by someone who could actually drive....

He doesn't have to change gear, it's an automatic

She doesn't even look bothered that she has been knocked off her bike. 

 Not even lifting up her legs when he drive over the bike second time , could have easily lost both.
