You don't really need to enter that. Only names, passport number, country, gender are required fields.

I can't find my password at the moment so I can't confirm but that agrees with my memory, that it wasn't a required field and can just be skipped.

If you're using Chrome (and I would recommend that) it may automatically translate into English anything on that page or right-clicking and picking "Translate to English..." may work.

If it's only in Thai, then you'll be looking for something like:

Phuket Airport

สนามบินภูเก็ต
ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต

อากาศยานภูเก็ต

If it lets you type something in, then HKT (Phuket Airport's code) would be good.

But, bottom line, non-mandatory fields can be skipped and the report submitted without those being filled in.  Good luck!

Being arrived yesterday, I am trying to register on line my arrival address (the house is alredy registered), but where it is asked : Port of Entry, I cannot find out Phuket Airport. Does anybody know the number corresponding to Phuket airport ?

I do not spek thai and I can count only in google translator as an help, but in this case it des not work.....

Many, many thanks

I had a quiet time this morning and went through the Port of Entry bit page by page. I gave up by P12 so its probably P13!- there's a search facility but it doesn't seem to work in Chrome (which translates the options into English) as do a few other bits. Had another look on Explorer but its only in Klingon. As others have said it shouldn't be an issue as your tm card is on the system and that will indicate to them where you entered (in theory).

if you do figure it out it may be worth posting the number code in the drop down for others to use. I came in through Swampy last time, which is option 07 IIRC.

I am not so good at Thai language.

I had to use online translation.

I tried just a little bit for "port of entry" of online TM-30.

S07 seems to be Suvarnabhumi airport.

S08 seems to be Bangkok airport.

This will mean airport in Bangkok other than Suvarnabhumi.

So this should be Don Muang airport.

S10 seems to be Phuket airport.

I also tried to use search box with a Thai word that means "Phuket".

Attached image is the result.

S10 seems to be Phuket airport.

144 seems to be seaport of Phuket

233 and 382 seems to be office in Phuket.

OSS should be One Stop Service center.

These can not be port of entry.

I think I should use S07, S08 or S10 if I arrived at Thai by air.

The abbreviations aren't making it easier, but if I had to guess what these are it would be:

S10 - Phuket Checkpoint Plaza (maybe the permanent vehicle checkpoint in the north of the island)

144 - Phuket Boat Marina

233 - Phuket Provincial Police Station

382 - One Stop Shop (OSS) Service Center Phuket Town

Changed my mind about S10, it probably is Phuket Airport, based on the analogy of S07 and S08.  S may also stand for one of the Thai words for airport สนามบิน or sanambin and each international airport in Thailand could have its own number (e.g., 10 for Phuket).

If I am wrong, I welcome someone would correct me.

About S10, once upon a time it was written as

"ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมืองท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต".

Now it is written as

"ด่าน ตม.ทอ.ภูเก็ต บก.ตม.2".

This should mean

"Phuket check point of immigration division 2".

This is a official site of immigration division 2.

https://division2.immigration.go.th/content/mission

They work for international airport.

Who cares. This is not required input on the web site.

Agree, it also has one of the words for airport (actually the one that appears on the facade of the airport itself) ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต or Phuket Airport.  Also, I suppose ตน. could very well be an abbreviation of ตอน which could be translated as division.  A crude translation of the whole thing "Checkpoint for people entering Thailand - Phuket Airport."  Not sure anyone else will care, but I find it interesting. ????

Chrome translates S10 as 'Phuket Toll Plaza 2' so still as clear as mud!

Just because you don't doesn't mean others feel the same way. It is useful information for the future if it becomes a mandatory field. At least some are trying to get to the bottom of it for the benefit of others.

I believe in giving government officials the minimum required on every form I have to fill in. No need to help bring Big Brother here any quicker. ????

About "ด่าน ตม.ทอ.ภูเก็ต บก.ตม.2",
oh yes, certainly there is an abbreviation of "airport".

> 'Phuket Toll Plaza 2' so still as clear as mud!

One thing I have learned today is that free online translation
can not handle Thai abbreviation well.
For example, "ตม." is an abbreviation of "immigration".
I put this word into Google and result was "." only as shown
below. (I can not expect so much to free service.)
This has caused some confusion.

If there is Thai abbreviation in that sentence, I should do some
additional search. Apart form TM-30, better to know, maybe.

I put "ด่าน ตม.ทอ.ภูเก็ต" into search engine and found

https://www.facebook.com/pg/hkt.immigration/about/?ref=page_internal
Now, photo of immigration officers in Phuket airport is there.
I can not read these Thai well.
I can understand who owns this facebook ID.

And "บก.ตม.2", as I wrote,
https://division2.immigration.go.th/content/mission

Yes, ตม is the abbreviation for immigration.  I should have known that because all the immigration forms are TM-nn.  But I still don't really know the word that ตม actually abbreviates.  Maybe immigration officer (เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง) offers a clue, รวจคนเข้า (= check people entering) and เมือง (= Thailand), so maybe immigration is รวจคนเข้าเมือง and abbreviated as ตม.

I think you're right about the airport abbreviation being . for ท่ากาศยาน.

So as you say,
ด่าน ตม.ทอ.ภูเก็ต is Phuket Airport Immigration Checkpoint, which is confirmed by the facebook link you found.

Google translate is just machine translation and while I notice it does an OK job on some abbreviations (for Thai months, for example) it does seem to have problems with less common ones.  I guess it uses some sort of machine learning algorithm and therefore its success is based on what sample text it is fed which may not have included a lot of abbreviations, only the most common.

For member information. Today I was registering some new guests. One was not recognised by the data base. On checking I had made a typo in christian name. I noticed that family name not a requirement. So I tested only passport number, christian name, nationality, gender. Worked fine, Came back with all details include DoB.

As I wrote, I made this online TM-30 address report.

And I had permission to stay of retirement up to Mar. this year.
After that, my passport will expire. So on Jan. this year I went to

Bangkok to get new passport. I could get new passport and embassy
letter for new passport.

After coming back to house in Phuket, I made online TM-30 report
with new passport number. Online system has accepted my new passport
without any error.

On Feb. this year, I went to immigration office to do two things at
the same time, transfer stamp from old passport to new one and 1 year
extension of retirement.

I was not so sure, would only TM-30 of new passport be enough ?
Better than sorry, I made print out of TM-30 of both old and new
passport. The officer in the room 103 has accepted these print out
without any problem.
Of course, I prepared oroginal passport both old and new, TM-7 and
several other copies, papers.

Two things have done and I paied THB 1900 only.

Print out of online TM-30 works well.

(If you are sure only new one is good enough, please do so.)

Whats the latest on the Phuket Immigration Website.

For a long time I was making my resident reports normally as a retiree on an OA visa online after each trip no worries (even though I hold a yellow book residents card that every govt dept accepts but not of course immigration at Phuket) however several months back I went to do my report and found the address corrupted and wrong, a trip to Phuket Immigration got it sorted and they updated the system for me however ever since that day I get a screen notice "Import Data in Sequence (1) is incorrect" whenever I try to notify so I have to drive to the drive through ..... after several trips to sort it out I was simply told to go to BKK to get fixed because Phuket say they don't know what has happened however I read now in this forum that they only allow business owners to do it online because they don,t see the need for retiree's .... go figure. So whats the latest, anybody got a clue.

Actually they tell you to use IE 7 last time I looked.
