True phone plan promotion finished

Had one of their so called phone "promotions" where they double the price and give you 50% discount. Was quite satisfied but the year promotion time has finished and the price has doubled. Whats the best way to handle True? Tell them to jam it or you'll go elsewhere and they put you back on the same plan or??

The easiest way would be just to cancel the 'old' service and get a new SIM with a new promotion. There some SIM's around with THB 3,000 to 3,600. for 10 or 12 month, sold for around 100-300 Baht. Call limit is up to THB 300 a month, reaching the limit, you'll need to add more funds to that SIM.

I just gave them a bollicking and they put the price back where it should be
