It's time to buy a new phone. I have read good reviews and comments about Nokit 7 Plus.

I've had my Nokia 7 Plus for ~ 2 weeks, I bought it at Jaymart in MBK for 13,900 two weeks ago (6 April), full local warranty - some shops have grey market imports for a bit less. They threw in a bunch of extras - BT speaker, battery pack, BT headphones. They even offered the VAT Refund paperwork, which I declined. They only had the black model, which is what I wanted.

I got the 8.1 upgrade and the April security patch last week; the joys of having an Android One (5th Gen.) device. I've wanted another stock Android device for a while, and wanted a larger (than the Mi A1) screen, and didn't want to wait for the Mi A2.

 

I have to say I am very happy. The screen is great, the camera awesome (I had an Elephone S8, which was OK but the camera was horrible), battery life is astounding (this may be due to Android 8.x?). It also supports LTE Band 4 which a huge plus for me as I need that in the U.S. for brief, but frequent trips.

 

It also has a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack.

 

All pros so far, no cons.

I received the Android 9 (Pie) update yesterday on my Nokia 7 Plus, along with the September security update.

 

Looks awesome so far. The horizontal scrolling of open apps is very handy.
