I have 6Mbps package with True and tethering to laptop.

 

The speed and ping are great. But if I try to download anything from torrent it doesn't work - limited to 1kbps.

 

Any idea how to fix that? I tried VPN but no help.

Assuming that you are downloading legitimate material, use a seedbox.
