Your that fighter or something I recall?

So what you think about the fight this week with mcgregor and money?

The trouble with narcos is if it gets released fully then it's over in a matter of 24 hours for me. Drip fed just don't do it for me though

where did you get that? I've never fought in my life

I think I said because Jonas was in a boy band in real life I didn't find him too convincing as a ufc fighter...

I'm still going to watch the fight tho, although I think it's just made for TV bs

I'm the same. Nothing gets done and it's over all too quick.

I bought a ps4 to keep myself busy these days

My apologies I thought that was what you said and because if that you did not like that trashy show Kingdom which I'm sorry to say was pretty addictive in a low ball kind of way. The last season (3) liltrually every character spins out of control that Jonas geezer gets shot possibly killed. It was so self destructive I quit it with 1 episode left. Kind of know what will happen without having to watch it.

Best film I seen for ages is Shotcaller

I'm not sure I mean mcgregor could just be in it for the money but mone does not need it so I don't see the pull for him unless he's a greedy type

No worries :) I've actually downloaded season 3 thanks to you, it's not too bad, it's the final season as well. On ep 3 and Ryan just signed a $300k deal for 3 fights....I don't know why Alvey is so destructive, he has a hot wife and a good gym.

You're right he doesn't need the cash, Mcgregor he has literally talked himself to a 100mil paycheck, quite an accomplishment on it's own. I hope it's an entertaining fight and I actually prefer money to win

Shotcaller was great there's so much rubbish films out now, I rewatched Heat and Casino this week again. Great classics. Got a few more old gangster films lined up, Netflix thailand has a surprisingly good old gangster movie selection

Anyone on Thai Netflix watching Billions Season 2? Mine is only showing Episode 1 at the moment.

Terrarium tv app download app direct from there site. I put it on one of my crappy don't care devices. Billions season 2 is available. No where near as interesting as S1.

I sometimes watch sopranos still I watch that stuff too much but it is the gift that keeps giving.

I never like casino too much I never like shaRon stone walking over that guy and woods the con man. Seemed like BS that would not happen. Heat is a killer film though definitely up there.

Best films I seen the last year have been Shotcaller and the accountant.

My Mrs watched son of Rambow the other day she seemed entertained I may try it.

You may not believe this but back in the 60s i lived in the London area and mixed with and lived around many singers and actors Spike Milligan lived just down the road and although i did not know him i caught the tube at our local station and we used to travel into town at the same time and used to nod good morning. There you are another bit of useless information. [emoji4]

I read his War Memoirs trilogy ( turned into 7 books eventually ! ).

Really good reading, excellent recounting of his time in the army and a little after.

Also recounts his friendship with Bentine, Sellers and especially Harry Secombe with whom he spent many of his " war years ".

Highly recommend them !!

I see a new season of Ice Road Truckers has started:-  https://eztv.ag/search/ice-road-truckers  [emoji106]

Couple of other series that might be interesting if you like this sort of thing, Mountain Men and Deadliest Catch.

Available from the same site.

Deadliest catch is fantastic especially the earlier series those guys deserve every penny for what they go through and its no wonder their crab is so expensive

Another interesting series, I think so anyway:-

https://eztv.ag/search/forged-in-fire

Forged in Fire features world-class bladesmiths competing against each other to create some of the most iconic edged weapons from history. In each episode, four of the best bladesmiths in the country will come together to put both their skills and reputations on the line. Whether they are making a Japanese katana, a medieval broadsword, or an ancient throwing blade like the chakram, the weapons they forge will be fully functional and lethal works of art and war. The unique histories contained within each weapon will be creatively told during the forging process and the final weapons themselves will be assessed and ruthlessly tested by our panel of expert judges. These dynamic and explosive tests will be individually designed to push the weapons to their absolute limit. One by one, the bladesmiths will be eliminated until only one remains to be crowned the champion.

Lots of information about different metals and forging techniques:-
