I think it had some influence but my sense is this was an Asian thing.  KJU wouldn't be inclined to suddenly and randomly roll over and give up to to the USA, and certainly not Donald Trump.

 

Author of this opinion piece clearly doesn't think much of Trump but his take dances in and out of interesting speculation, albeit a few days old now.

It's a good and fair question, well assuming you mean 'which do I believe'.  I would tend to believe Moon in the first instance, but to be honest Kim is in a better position to comment on his own motivations, so I have no definite answer.

Did you not notice that this article was from Reuters?  Simply because you do not agree with the content of an article does not make it propaganda. Reuters are fulfilling their role by reporting what the North Koreans are saying.  If you choose not to believe what they say or feel that it is lies or of no value that is your choice and right.

Totally rational answer. I don't disagree with any of it.

North and South Korea will not be United peace maybe.

The south doesn't even want it it would bankrupt them overnight for one thing.

I really want Donald to get it. The prize is a joke after Obama got one, so no biggie, but the reactions from the usual suspects would be epic, certainly popcorn-worthy.

Just happened to watch question time on BBC one the first question was on this and no one thought he should.

Edit I Just finished watching the whole thing the rest of the Show they were at each other's throats.
