Police in Samrong arrested a 37 year old Thai man on four warrants connected to an inheritance fraud.

Natthachai was wanted for fraud, false documents and making false representations. He denies the charges.

He is the adopted son of two wealthy parents but after he realized he was not named in their will he is said to have connived with others to defraud banks of 20 million baht.

And he also had his eye on the entire 150 million baht inheritance, reported Sanook.

He was arrested yesterday at an apartment in Soi Bearing 58, Samrong.

Complaints had been received from several well known banks resulting in the arrest warrants.

He has been handed over to the Lumpini police for questioning.

Looks like he spent the inheritance on hamburgers and pizza.

Pie man had eaten the evidence unfortunately.

Apparently the 20 million scammed wasn't enough.  Political aspirations perhaps...?   555
