I watched it.   I enjoyed the pageantry.   The world watched the boys grow up.   It's nice to see Harry happy.

I am so happy that the UK has a royal family. Just look at Charlie dancing in Saudi 4 years ago....

 

 

I didnt know they were getting married till i saw a news bite yesterday arvo  but i had an early night so tragically missed it.

 

I bet the UK government  had that Russian  dissident released from Salisbury hospital  to coincide with the wedding. Great distraction.

I knew I read something aobut the wedding and royal family bringing in som cash. You know having Icons do create interest, scandals, and all that kind of shit poeple like to read, follow, and so on. On the top of that, the royals often go and make bilateral deals, and do a great job with charity, and alot more. By the way the queen pays tax to, except of what she hides in tax paradises of course. So what it your real problem? Disscrediting me with do not have my facts straight? Thought I'd blow it off but then thought, what the heck, Mrs NL will probably only ever get to see one proper Royal wedding while I'm still paying the bills and the weather forecast was great so ordered up a couple of seats on an almost empty G600 out of Swampy on Friday.  Ten and half hours later, into Heathrow, fast track Immigration and Customs and out to Slough for a pub lunch at The Red Cow near my old office. Met up with my mate and his missus who came in from Singapore especially for this a few days earlier... surprise! We grabbed some flags and then headed out to join the thousands for the Windsor drive by. Bit knackered by evening although I got my second wind and sunk a few more pints but jet lag's still a bugger!

Blackpool Rock has got color all the way through it. And you can't get anything more quintessentially British than Blackpool Rock IMHO.

We were watching the news on Thai tv ,and a black ,clergyman ,was waving his arms around and bobbing up and down ,there was a commentry but no sound ,looked like a comedy act ,who was it for Gods sake? surely he was not chosen to marry them .
