Anyone done this stretch of road? Doesn't look like many significant towns on the way. Are the roads ok?

The roads seem OK . Quite long and flat and quite wide , divided by an island in the middle, with cars driving either way of the islands . Paint marks on  the roads , lights above and sign posts along the way .
