Where to buy a new battery + have it correctly installed?

 

What battery brand to ask for?

Start with the phone repair guys at the local IT mall , they will either carry the parts and be able to do it, or point you in the direction of someone that can. Although the phone is manufactured by HTC, . Its a phone that has been sold in Thailand as a Pixel 1 (grey import) so the repair guys would most likely carry spares and be familiar with it. You may have to track down a HTC repairer.
