The airport in Nakhon Sawan doesn't have scheduled flights. Your best bet is to fly to Don Mueang and find a way from there. It's a two and a half hour drive.

The nearest airport is Phitsanulok but it's still at least an hour and a half. You'd have to connect at Don Mueang to get there - and that connection likely wouldn't be guaranteed with only budget airlines flying the route.

Busses go from Mo Chit, the Northern bus station.

Try to visit the temple and Big Buddha on the hill and the lookout tower nearby.

It’s been a while since I’ve done it but you used to be able to go over the bridge from DM and get a train, very easy.
This was 15 years ++ ago but I’d imagine still possible.

There was an Air Taxi service at Nakhon Sawan airport, possibly still is. Presumably you would have to make contact with the airport.
