all my subtle friends have cats standing on their coffee tables. 

dont get me wrong, i love and have always had a cat for as long as i can remember,  but a good smack or certainly establishes ground rules that last forever. 

if that seems cruel a squirt gun works wonders too. then hit em with the hair dryer.....

  • He's a cat.  The options for "behavioral training" of a cat are limited.  He did look guilty afterwards, but probably only because his sister couldn't share the rap, being sound asleep in another room

believe me, they do learn.

And wonder why they don't come and cuddle with you when you watch TV or want a pet to keep you warm on a cold night.  Or why they don't run to the door to greet you when you come home.  Yes, cats do that.  Esp. if you're bringing home something in a bag for them to investigate.

If were going off topic I'm interested in where NancyL's new digs are?...
