Nice to see this. Very positive snippet and I hope it serves to remind some members that Thailand does have a lot of innovative, highly capable and hardworking people instead of bashing all things Thai.

Yes. The issue is to generalize these qualities - innovative, competent, hardworking - across the whole of society. The cultural change required is huge. I think it is happening steadily but it is patchy because the leadership qualities of the social & cultural elites are so inadequate.

Good examples like this - real stuff, not idiotic propaganda - need to be made widely known, with demonstration of what they can achieve for ordinary people (the workers) as well as the bosses who drive things forward.

Wish they would produce more "peaceful" vehicles, but arms and wars seem to be great business these days.

That's a splendid looking panzerkampfwagen IV!

Read the headline - not another TV meandering waste of time.

Watched the Video.

Who woulda thunk it.

Interesting. Impressive. Wow!

So you say there should never have been Monthy Python at all? Because all their jokes was indeed insulting and bashing great nations and instututions as well religions?

and we got to Monty Python how?

The headline would have more merit if there had been an actual tank in the VDO, and she doesn't build tanks. What she does build appears to be an armoured car.

However, unless she wrote the article herself, that's not her fault, but that of the media and probably written by someone that has no idea about military vehicles.

Comic genius is not patronising race hate. Satire and irony is not knee jerk cultural ignorance.
