We have a kenpro cctv system. When I look at the live feed on my iPhone I navigate to 'local logon' and do it that way. Theres a few fields displayed user id and password. I asked the sales guy for this and he keeps making excuses. He says we should get it from the installer. The installer says get it from the sales guy. 

 

If we go to europe this yr I would like to log into this perhaps bc its says its the cloud logon. 

 

If you have kenpro can you offer advice on this?

 

A yr ago Im sure I read that its best to have the password to ones system to overcome any hacking issues. Is this correct
