Muang Prachuap Khiri Khan police have arrested a 32 year old man who attacked and raped his ex girlfriend after she posted on Facebook that she had a new lover.

Just out of jail after serving three years following the death of a person, Chaiwat was drunk and armed with a one foot knife when he went to the home of Kusama, 25, on Sunday.

The couple had previously been together two years but the family never liked him due to the fact that he was lazy and without a job and beat her up.

He attacked her with the knife inflicting six wounds to her neck and body. Her father suffered two knife wounds.

He then took her on his bike to another location and raped her. Then he called up her friends to come and collect her.

He was pictured at Muang Prachuap Khirikhan police station on the floor. He was arrested hiding at a resort hotel on the Maharat 2 Road.

Cops took him to find the knife but could not locate it.

He apologized to the victim claiming that he still loved her. He said he was drunk and in a rage.

He tested positive for drugs with a purple urine test.

Station chief Pol Col Chayinthorn Sukhonthorn said Chaiwat had just come out of jail after serving three years for involvement in an attack that ended in the death of a person.

He has now been charged with abduction, rape and attempted murder.

Sanook called him a savage in their headline.

Both the victims are now out of danger.

Just out of jail after three years, for killing another person. Any chance the judge can be located, who pronounced the three year sentence, and locked up for a 50 years stretch? Three years for murder? What is the cost of a human life here, 1,000 baht? Obviously, reform did not take place!

Some guys just do not get it. A woman decides she is no longer interested in you. What does a real man do? He moves on. He gets on with his life, and finds another gal, who is interested. Men with minds of delinquent children, who have zero self esteem go out a murder a woman. What a two bit punk. What an incredible loser. Who were his parents? How did they fail so miserably?

Back behind bars for another couple years... Is there DNA or chromosomes missing from Thai genetics ?

I have said this many  times about Thai males having a gene deficiency as it impacts there driving ability too.    Good to see it is becoming questioned by others also.

The leniency of a 3 year sentence for "involvement" in the death of a human is testimony to a FAULTY THAI "in" JUSTICE system. What's the problem? can't afford the Rice and tea for 20 years? If not, I'll donate or this woman's family will, ANYTHING to keep this psychopath under lock and key for at least 20  years.

So do you think it is a "gene" thing why most farang males in thailand marry prostitutes? Why is that?

For many of them, it's their only choice.
