There are a few of them scattered around Thailand, a couple of similar old threads. People buy them to make restaurants, hotels, attractions etc. There is one in pieces just north of pattaya just off the express-way.

Apparently you can buy one for as low as $80,000 (delivery not included) and they contain around $100,000 in scrap metal.
