Transportation from Buri Ram airport to the city

Recommended Posts

Posted

Not having visited Buri Ram before, I will be arriving at the airport tomorrow morning.

Having searched, cannot find too much regarding taxis to the city.

Do taxis exist at the airport or do you just find your own outside?

Any help would be appreciated and what would be the approx cost?

Maybe this topic will help.

And I believe that both Nok Air & Air Asia have Transfer services to town, which you can book online

Edit: Here the Link for Nok Air

And here for Air Asia (which drops you off at the Best Western Hotel in town)

Just an update

Got an AirAsia minibus from Buri ram airport to the city for B200 per passenger x 2 persons.  There was only one other passenger.

The same going back to the airport.  Just call the number they give you and they will collect you wherever you are in the city.

Possibly not a popular destination for expats, but worth knowing.

Maybe not a popular destination with Expats, but Nok Air and Air Asia aren't having 2 planes going back and forth 2x (and some times 3x) daily between BFV and DMK for nothing. ;)
