Hi, got me the new-used 1990 Kawasaki KH 125 (non Thai-style actual motorcyle) (possibly it's the GTO 125) and the idle is too slow... anyone know how to adjust the idle on this baby?

Any ideas on how/where I could buy a Shop Manual for this bike?

any advice Much appreciated!

Should be a spring-loaded screw sticking out of the side of the carberetor, about halfway down the round top where the throttle cable enters the carb....

Try tightening it in half turn increments, gassing the throttle a couple of times between adjustments, and let it return to idle speed until you get it where you want it.

THANKS! there is a thumb-screw adjacent the spot where the throttle cable enters the carb on the very top of the carb... but your note says ~~"on the side" so I'll look today to see if I can see an adjust on the side... I HAVE tried the thumb screw on the top but it has a weird feel to it, and I'm not sure I even actually MOVED it, and it didn't seem to make any difference...

Thanks again,

Gerald
