ON/OFF switch working, but when I press the button for the machine to start the steam process nothing happens at all.

You could check where you bought it re warrantee if it exists or if not where to service

I'm not sure whether they can do repairs on your machine, but Hillkoff and Bon Café both have repair shops in Chiang Mai. 

 

Hillkoff is also an excellent source for beans with a large selection of different roasts and beans, and they roast their own daily.
