I buy them at P and F, Central Pattaya Mall. 1 baht per pill and they're enteric coated as you'd want them to be. 

Actually recent studies show that the enteric coating blocks the effectiveness of taking 81mg aspirin in over 30% of the users. And you can't buy it without it anymore. The only solution I've found is to chew it before you swallow it.
