what can i do ?   seems they want get me out here asap.

its a viral disease and i dont want be upsetting otherpassenger on flight with bad cough every 1 minute

The insurance company will have to accept the doctor's verdict (as will you). You cannot go to a hospital and get a fitness to fly certificate on demand. The examining doctor will make his/her own determination of that.

When you see the doctor, inform him/her of the frequency of cough etc.

The title of your thread seems at odds with what you wrote. If you currently have trouble breathing you should go to an ER at once.
