Thailand needs to realize the trash collection system in all of Thailand needs to be modernized.  And in tourist areas.   

Modern man expects trash to be in containers not put on the street  or sidewalk near any post or tree.   I'm sure most tourists only do this after seeing this Thai system of street removal.   Need to call a company like Waste Management.   It's going to cost everybody as you require payment for weekly trash removal, trash bins ( trash and recycle) everywhere, proper dump sites, fleets of automatic trucks, etc.  

Recycling needs to be a program taught in primary school along with drunk driving.  

Can you ever imagine a Thailand when people would be afraid to liter for fear if being caught and 500 baht fine?
