I have a Zidoo box that is fairly new - 2/3 months old, running Android 7.

The problem I am facing is that some apps cannot be updated through the Play Store. You Tube and Chrome are examples.

I am asked to first remove all updates using Settings, and then update. I have tried that with You Tube with no success.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a work around? Thanks for any information.

if the apps were pre installed , then you will need to remove them and install the latest from the playstore

 

then they will auto update
