I saw there were some services like "Rent a nurse" in Thailand, any similar service for renting out a Personal Assistant?

I am looking for the assistance of a professional person male or female, preferably an agency that could help a foreigner deal with banks, real estate agents.  I would like to find assistance from a person with a good command of Thai and English. 

Note this post is not a request for sexual services.  I will take the opportunity to block posters who post inappropriate replies but for the benefit of the many other sensible people here please don't waste everyone's time with replies that don't address the question.  Thanks.
