Bangkok Bank Branch at Big C Hang Dong open until 9PM ?

The BB website shows this, and I wonder if they are "full service" until 9PM: able to carry out a transfer of funds from a US Social Security incoming BB account to local account, which requires an in person transaction.

Unless someone in the forum specifically knows, I would simply call that branch.  Also, since you have specified that branch, I am assuming that you live reasonably near there.  So, I would pop by there at a convenient time.

 

I would ask to speak to the foreign currency desk.  Whoever is assigned there should be able to speak reasonably good English and also be familiar with the transaction(s) that concern you.   

 

You might as well get it from the people who would actually handle such a transaction, esp. since it seems understandably important to you.  

 

I hope that helps, and I don't think I overlooked anything.

PS, oh yeah, maybe I misunderstood you, but their site says that they are open until 7pm or 1900 hours in military time to people like me.
