Does anyone know where I could possibly rent a metal detector for a day or does anyone possibly have one I could borrow for a day? Lost my wedding ring a couple months back in a friends backyard and the thing is nowhere to be found.

But I am sure there are some Thais up north using detectors , plenty of them on the beaches here.

have asked on a FB group as well but cant find one, as I don't really want to purchase one because it is just a one-time use. I have been hoping to be driving around and see someone using one and just asking them about it.

I know Thai detectorists have been searching for gold up north , in some areas , but unfortunately I do not know any names.
