Your post is weird. That is a geographical number for DTAC. For instance, if you are abroad you can use a cheap calling service to connect.

Thanks, a disturbing trend for non Thai speakers from an increasing number of vendors of all kinds

 

First noticed it with Bangkok Bank, no longer having an email "channel"  and SCB's email isn't as good as it used to be either
