LOOKING FOR Glass, Windows, ironmongery CHIANG RAI local stores

Hi all! I am currently working for a community project in Myanmar called Build a Music School (https://mlkkbuildamusicschool.wordpress.com/)    (http://buildamusicschool.org/)

In order to purchase cheaper construction materials, we are looking into local stores in Chiang Rai (as it is close to border, it is easier for us to transfer the materials to our site in Kyaing Tong). We have visited Chiang Rai a couple times before and have been to the big warehouses like 'Global House' and 'Home Pro' but the are quite expensive for our current budget (which is totally relying on donations). 

Wondering if there are any suggestions for local retail stores for glass, windows, ironmongery etc. for our team to check out in our next visit in mid December. Some products we are looking for specifically are:

Glass blocks

Ventilating (operable) Glass Blocks

Glass Louvers

Hopper windows

Copper rods (or any other suggestions for budget lightning protection)

Ironmongery

Large domestic generators (around table size)

Another other related suggestions/ advises are welcomed as well!
