Former Pathum Thani PAO Official Faces Arrest Warrant Over No-Show
In a significant development yesterday, the Saraburi Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct issued an arrest warrant following the unexpected absence of Decha Puangngam, a former Pathum Thani Provincial Administrative Organisation (PAO) official. Decha failed to attend a pivotal court session regarding a high-profile corruption case, prompting the judge to take firm action. The court was set to deliver a verdict on a corruption case involving Charn Puangpet, the former president of the Pathum Thani PAO, and six other defendants. The charges, brought by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), centre on alleged fraudulent procurement of relief bags during the 2011 flood crisis, amounting to several million baht. Though all defendants but one appeared in court, Decha Puangngam, the third defendant, submitted a last-minute request to defer his attendance, citing health concerns. However, the court assessed that Decha’s illness did not justify his absence, interpreting the move as an intentional evasion. As a result, the judge issued an arrest warrant for him, alongside imposing the full penalty on his bail guarantor. With Decha absent, the court session could not proceed as planned. Consequently, the hearing has now been rescheduled for October 24 at 9am, where the long-awaited verdict is expected to be delivered. This case underscores the court's stringent stance on accountability within corruption proceedings. File photo for reference only -- 2024-09-18 -

Pager Explosions in Lebanon Target Hezbollah Members 9 Dead Thousands Injured
I was asking him a question and he can reply "No" if he wants . He refused to answer my question of whether he views this war against Israel as a war on Jews World wide . He seems to support the Palestinians and quite possibly their war against Jews . That is why I asked him , he hasn't replied to either question yet , so let him speak for himself . He may well ne a Neo Nazi , let him answer himself Why is it acceptable to attack Jews worldwide for Israel's actions, but its unacceptable to attack Muslims worldwide for say Saudi Arabia's actions (Saudi being random Muslim Country ) -

A full medical check up in the Bangkok area?
https://chulalongkornhospital.go.th/kcmh/en/annual-health-examination-program/ What do you think of Chula's package for a typical middle aged guy? There are add-ons at the bottom of the page. I am thinking of going for Program 1 (age 35+) and then adding on all the add-ons, except the hepatitis tests and the STD tests. -

You are a classic trumpette. You should have listened to your grandmother. She was trying to give you good advice. Here's some reading material for you. Pager Explosions in Lebanon Target Hezbollah Members 9 Dead Thousands Injured
I'm just saying that the numbers don't work out if you kill 9 terrorists, injure a couple hundred more, and radicalize thousands to their cause at the same time. You're going backwards. That's pragmatism, not ant-Semitism. I'm 100% in favor of wiping out Hamas and Hezbollah fighters. But not if it's in a way that's going to create hundreds more to take their place.- 1

Fillmore East: A special Time and Place...(Now it's Apple Bank!)
One of my all time favorite albums is Performance: Rocking the Fillmore by Humble Pie, recorded in May 1971. The classic lineup that included a 21 year old Peter Frampton, Steve Marriott and Messrs Greg Ridley and Jerry Shirley on rhythm section. "We go home on Monday, but we want to say it's really been a gas this time". Fillmore East and West was always the staple for acts over from the UK. -

Thailand Ex-Deputy PM Faces New Money Laundering Allegations
Prompong Nopparit has lodged a fresh anti-money laundering complaint against Thailand's former Deputy Prime Minister, Prawit Wongsuwon. The complaint follows the release of a controversial audio recording by Inside Thailand TV, suggesting a money repayment demand linked to Prawit. The recording, which aired on September 11, features a voice resembling Prawit's, asking about overdue money. Although the recording lacks specific details about the money's origin, Prompong believes it raises potential grounds for prosecution under anti-money laundering laws. He has urged the Anti-Money Laundering Office (Amlo) to investigate Prawit and individuals named in the clip. In response, Prawit's party, the Palang Pracharath Party (PPRP), is threatening legal action against the TV show's host and broadcaster, accusing them of illegal wiretapping. PPRP insists the anti-bugging law remains enforceable, equating it to a Supreme Court ruling. Prompong has also requested an ethics investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), further intensifying scrutiny on Prawit amid suspicions of illegal activity. This development marks another chapter in the ongoing political drama surrounding the former Thai Deputy PM. File photo for reference only -- 2024-09-18 -

Truth Social shares go into freefall after investors learn how much money it really makes
Based on PE it was worth fifty cents six months ago. Price = Earnings x 20 / Outstanding shares. The earnings dropped a lot after last year. so twenty five cents might be more accurate. There are way too many shares and way too little earnings. The court should freeze the assets and assign an administrator immediately. -
