A raid on a construction site in Koh Samui netted a number of illegal foreign workers.

But rather than being Thais that had complained about the illegal workers it was people from Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar who were worried about foreigners taking their jobs.

Surat Thani immigration, island cops and a detachment from the military carried out the raid at the site of a luxury development by TCW Construction Co. Ltd at Khao Ngiw in Mae Nam.

Nineteen illegal Chinese workers were arrested. They had come into Thailand on tourist visas.

Two who facilitated this by the name of Xiaomin Wang and Bo Jin were arrested.

All other foreign workers at the site were legally working.

Chinese money, Chinese design, Chinese building materials, Chinese scaffolding, Chinese machinery, Chinese tools, Chinese workers, Chinese everything.

And of course for Chinese people.

All paid for in China.

Ahhh, the squeeze......

Chinese zero dollar construction companies to replace the Chinese zero dollar tourist companies that the government sold up and gave the boot to some time back.

Chinese money that they lend to locals to get them into their grip. Chinese are very clever, they use money instead of military. Check on their shopping spree on harbours and other key infrastructures.. Africa is done, South America is next.

Sri lanka recently couldn't pay their debts to the Chinese

This situation will all be sorted out very soon, with free work permits for the Chinese...

can't have them not visiting Thailand, must do all we can to keep kissing their backsides,

so we assure their continued arrivals.

It makes Thailand look so good with those high visitor numbers.

If they are lucky, they might even get free lunch thrown into the mix too,

just have to hold the crowds back for a few weeks for that to idea to kick into place.

The US owes China $1.15 trillion, all Xi has to do should Trump get too big for his boots is dump their US treasury bonds which would crash the US economy, China has this hold on many countries.

They are buying Cambodia as well.

They are building a new port. Locals thought that the road leading to it was over-engineered until they worked out that the new road could carry tank transporters with tanks!

Really, so its not to cope with the projected increase from half a million containers to 1.3 million containers over the next five years, its all for the 60 tanks they have pledged to give them?  I believe you, honest!

Really. The increase in traffic over the next 5 years will be due to the increase in the number of containers/lorries. Not due to the weight of the containers/lorries.

By the way,

Check your facts boy, the chinese own 25% of us t-bills, china only accounts for 13% of us exports, so Trumps screwing them good & hard for the cheating & lying they do so well, and that is after the us gave them a helping hand with MFN status ... GO TRUMP a president with guts!
