Dramatic video showed several warehouses burn to the ground in Sri Racha, Chonburi yesterday.

Some thirty fire engines from various districts battled the blaze at Hardware House off the Route 7 motorway in the eastern seaboard province of Thailand.

Daily News reported that the fire started in warehouse number 3 and quickly spread to three others. They were all razed to the ground but a sales outlet was saved.

The fire was fueled by wooden pallets, plastic, thinner and building materials worth 5 million baht.

The firm employs 300 people at the location but there were no reports of death or injury.

The cause of the fire is not yet known as Chonburi provincial investigators begin their work in determining how the fire started.

The fire service seem to be woefully inadequate to deal with a fire of this magnitude.
