January 21, 20197 yr Does anyone know of any condos connected to or extremely close to the BTS/MRT? I've found Noble Ploenchit which is connected to the BTS but the room sizes are extremely small. The 2brs are 70-85sq/m for around 65-100k/month. The Q Sukhumvit just completed so there aren't many units available for rent. This building is also connected directly to Nana BTS.

Did you get any prices from Q the hyde condo wich is a part of the newly opened hyat regency on the corner of soi 13 is a 3 minute walk to Nana bts and its 5 star. Have a mate who lives there

January 21, 20197 yr Diplomat Sathorn is about 10 meters from the BTS steps, but not connected. Noble Remix (Sukhumvit 36) is connected to the skywalk.
