A few months ago, the staff changed in the spaghetti booth at the top of soi Diana (at the intersection with soi Buakhao).

I have heard that the ladyboy who used to work there, works in another spaghetti booth in the same area. Can anyone tell me where this new booth is? I understand it should be in soi buakhao-soi diana-soi LK metro perimeter. The taste of the spaghetti is not as good as it used to be. Maybe the skills have not been handed over properly. I would like to try the new shop...

Forgive me for being a newbie, but what pray tell is a spaghetti booth

If you have to ask, you don't need to know.

Rule 1 of spaghetti booths, we don't talk about spaghetti booths.

Seriously, it's a fast food outlet that specialises in, wait for it, spaghetti.

The outlet in question on Soi Diana:-

Your kidding me right?

Westerners otherwise surrounded by fresh vibrant Thai food standing instead hanging in front of a cart where they serve Asian style spaghetti? Made by ladyboys? Street spaghetti? They serve that in Soup Kitchens, cheap Costco pasta and Ketchup.

Its a joke, right

I didn't say I ate the stuff.

Honestly I was wondering...

I mean its like, Hmmmm, that Crossy dude, he builds Skytrains and suchlike so its not like he is a dentally challenged Scouser living in a fan room guesthouse in Patts surviving on a diet of Leo and Spaghetti.............

Or is he?

The lady boy and young girl are brother and sister or sister and sister. They opened their own spaghetti stand outside the classroom a go go along with a cousin about 3 months ago. The Austrian guy still owns the original location.

The spaghetti still tastes good, i haven't noticed any difference with the spag bol anyway, 115 baht.

Would be good if there was an Indian curry booth there at similar prices

is this anywhere near Devils Den? I am usually starving when I come out of there.

The new location (as written above) even a few steps closer than the old one.

Made by THE ladyboy with that special hairstyle (don't know the English term for it).

I was in Pattaya in Sep 18 with a mate from Hamburg.

He dragged me to that booth which was also accessible from inside that cheap charlie corner bar. I tried the spaghetti... well, not that I needed it regularly.

She had a selection of sauces to choose from.

That bar/restro behind the spaghetti shop has a very poor service and clientele.

better go across the street to eat a Sandwich in Subway or have excellent pizzas with multi fruit shake in Loafs nearby.

You should have eaten a ham sandwich or two while you were in there.

The clientele is more like a bunch of dehydrated elderly men who forgot where their 2 star hostel is located.
