Does anyone know if the new ring road is fully paved and open yet?

My last look, a week ago, showed the new Bridge was a far as you could go coming from 1211.

I assume you are talking about the Western Bypass. The part between Hw 1 (4km north of the White Temple) and the bridge north of the 1211 - near Ban Hong O - is more or less finished and is, although not officially open, in use already.

Still a lot of work to be done north of the Mae Kok between the bridge and the 1207. From there on to Hw 1 fully paved already.
